Control systems for virtual humans tend to become complex very rapidly. Graphical tools provide better overview and understanding of what is happening within the system. A number of graphical simulation environments exist, with Simulink being one of the most established ones. The Simulink, running on top of Matlab, is a block diagram environment supports different types of simulations such as continuous, discrete, and finite state. The goal of this project is to provide a library of re-usable components such commonly used task such as gaze control, categorical and PAD facial expression, 3D coordinate transform etc. The toolbox is based on the BML standard and provides abstract encapsulation while still allowing inspection of the internal mechanisms.
